Fresh Pasta

Our fresh pasta is obtained through an artisanal process that aims to preserve the characteristics of the product. The dough does not undergo the double pasteurization as it happens in almost all cases of packaged fresh pasta. Product shelf life: about 2 months.

1- COOKING ESTATE thanks to the use of only durum wheat, selected among the best in Italy
2- SCENT OF GRAIN thanks to the production process which aims to preserve its characteristics
3- RAW TERRITORY MATERIALS carefully selected by a short chain and certified "100% Italian wheat"
